Site looks like a good idea, but missing is a place for either "vacuum tube technology",, and/or  "vintage equipment". If you have ever looked at AMfone.net you wioll understand there are a lot of (generlally) older hams who take great pleasure in building, restoring and operating old equipment. I personally have five commercially-built 1940's - 1960's receivers and three transmitters of the same age, and several home built units also.
The "AM folks" are the present builders and shakers!
