International Associations

• IARU The International Amateur Radio Union is the public voice of amateur radio internationally. Their charter includes developing amateur radio worldwide and speaking on behalf of all amateurs in matters of regulation, spectrum allocation and spectrum usage. It was created in 1925.

National Associations

• American Radio Relay League (ARRL) - American Radio Relay League is the national membership association for Amateur Radio operators in the United States of America.

• Radio Society of Great Britain RSGB Radio Society of Great Britain is national Amateur radio society for Great Britain
• URE Unión de Radioaficionados Españoles. Spanish amateur radio association.
• Wireless Institute of Australia (WIA) - The Wireless Institute of Australia is one of the oldest amateur radio associations in the world. It operates to service hams in Australia.
