Widely regarded as the premier HF kig kit manufacturer, Elecraft makes a range of products, including the small backpackable trail-friendly KX1, the slightly larger K1, the higher-end K2, and the recently introduced top-of-the-line K3.
The firm also sells a range of useful devices, such as transverters, Buddipole portable antennas, and baluns.
Elecraft is one of three significant US-based ham radio manufacturers, the other two being Ten-Tec and MFJ. The company is based in Aptos, CA.
